Abstract

There is a serious problem with the effect of number of washing cycles on the durability of fabric and the presence of stains, dust and dirt on fabric. So, fabrics with the feature of self-cleaning must be prepared using ZnO NPs. In this research, polyester fabric will be coated by a layer of ZnO NPs in using exhaustion method, in order to impart polyester, the ability of resisting harmful ultra violet rays, flexibility, self-cleaning and antimicrobial feature. there is a serious problem with the effect of number of washing cycles on the durability of fabric and the presence of stains, dust and dirt on fabric.
